This year we’re pleased to announce that Uncle Chop has called the shots:
Chops Tay Ho and Chops Old Quarter will be open throughout Tet from 12PM – 10PM on Feb 5 and 6, serving up Hanoi’s best gourmet burgers and craft beer – everything from Pasteur Street to 7Bridges. We will open as normal on the 7th.
